Communication
We're 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Our fleets are tracked using Satellite and GPS technology
and the drivers communicate directly with us by cellular phone. Our operating
system can send you automatic shipment updates through email. Our on line track & trace portal gives you real
time visibility on your shipments. Our people will always answer the phone
when you call our number. Phone us as much as you like to check on your
shipments. If you don't, we'll call you.
Infrastructure
Our 24 hour/7 day per week intelligence centre is housed in a stand alone facility
strategically located in southern Ontario within Canada's
"Technology Triangle" keeping us close to cutting
edge technology innovation while giving us close proximity to both sides of the border and an experienced
staffing pool. We're a 3 hour drive from Michigan and a 2 hour drive from New York. On the United States
side of the border our operations are located
strategically in areas of high expedite shipment volume. We have our own cross dock and warehouse facilities located in several
locations within Ontario, Quebec, and the United States. No one can have an available truck everywhere so
in addition to our own fleet of vehicles, we are a member of The Expedite Alliance of North America (TEANA)
with hundreds of partner carriers and access to over 10,000 expedite trucks. We have capacity with all of
the major airlines in North America. We utilize cutting edge operations software designed with minute by minute
shipment monitoring and real time communication capability. Customer communication occurs as much or as little as the customer wants, and is affected through our
web based track & trace portal, automatic
emails, or good old person to person telephone updates. You won't put much effort into getting us on the phone.

a database of thousands of available aircraft ready to jump into action when we need them.
Services
Ground Expedite
Direct Drive
We've got vehicles waiting on standby. Your shipment will be conveyed directly from point to point anywhere
in North America in an exclusive use vehicle. We're ready to cover your shipment whether you give us notice or not.
Vehicle size will be customized as best suited to your needs and will be dispatched immediately for pick up or
scheduled to pick up at the precise time you chose. We'll communicate directly with the driver of the vehicle throughout
the shipment via cell phone and Satellite/GPS tracking technology to keep the shipment moving. If time and distance require
it we can transfer it at several cross dock locations from one vehicle to another to keep it moving beyond
the driver sleep time requirements. There is no maximum or minimum distance. Whether it's 5 miles or
5,000 miles, we'll make it happen.
Air Expedite
Next Flight Expedite
Your shipment is picked up, driven directly to the closest appropriate airport, routed on the most appropriate
flight, picked up on arrival at destination airport, and delivered directly to the destination location.
Sometimes you need it faster than a truck can do it, and sometimes it's more cost effective to fly it
rather than drive it. We'll arrange it all and keep you informed all the way through.
Air Charter
Sometimes a truck isn't fast enough and commercial flight schedules don't meet time
requirements either. Sometimes your emergency gets worse the longer it takes for
delivery. In those cases, an air charter might be the best solution. Your shipment
will be picked up and driven to the closest appropriate airport where we'll arrange
an exclusive use aircraft to take it directly through the air to an appropriate
destination airport. Then we'll deliver it directly to the destination address in
a ground vehicle. We choose the aircraft based on availability, time restrictions,
door size requirement, speed requirement, and costs. We'll manage the whole thing
and keep you informed all the way through.
On Board Courier
We'll pick up your shipment and one of our On Board Couriers will accompany it on the next available flight.
At the destination, our On Board Courier will make sure the shipment gets where it is supposed to go and call you to confirm.
Sometimes the situation make this service your best option for peace of mind.
Air Freight
We can do general air freight and consolidations as well. We've got the expertise, so why not.
Dedicated
This is an alternative to owning or leasing a truck and employing a driver for it. We can provide a truck and a driver for you to use as you would if it were your truck and driver. You can get rid of the assets and the headache. We assign the driver to you permanently and cover the driver with a trained back up driver when an absence occurs. You let us manage the truck and driver, and you focus on your business.
Pre-Scheduled/Recurring
We can schedule a recurring shipment for you either indefinitely or for a define period of time. Set it up once and never again.
